AI Server Rack Module Mounting Bracket Description

This bracket features an elongated formed sheet-metal structure with multiple mounting features integrated into both the horizontal and vertical surfaces. It can be used as a fastening or connecting component between server chassis, rack modules, and other internal structural parts.

The vertical sections incorporate multiple square mounting holes that can be customized in size, spacing, quantity, and arrangement according to the mating equipment. The horizontal surfaces include round mounting holes and large clearance cutouts to accommodate modules, cables, connectors, or other chassis components.

The bracket also incorporates L-shaped transitions and mounting areas of different lengths, allowing the left and right sections to be adapted to specific chassis layouts and multiple interface requirements.

Depending on project requirements, the following features can be customized:

  • Overall bracket length, width, and height
  • Material thickness
  • Square mounting-hole size, quantity, and spacing
  • Round-hole diameter and location
  • Clearance cutout size and geometry
  • Left and right mounting-section lengths
  • Bend heights and angles
  • Chassis and module interface dimensions
  • Fastening and assembly interfaces
  • Surface finishing and color

Homer Hardware can evaluate stamping, punching, laser cutting, bending, CNC secondary machining, deburring, and surface finishing based on customer 2D/3D drawings, chassis dimensions, module layouts, or physical samples for customized sheet-metal brackets used in AI servers, data center equipment, and other electronic enclosures.
