AI Server L-Shaped Internal Chassis Support Bracket Description

This metal support bracket features a multi-bend sheet-metal structure that creates mounting areas at different heights and orientations within a single assembly. It can be configured according to the internal layout of AI servers and electronic chassis to provide structural support and connection interfaces between modules and other components.

Multiple mounting holes, square openings, local cutouts, and formed mounting surfaces are incorporated throughout the bracket. These features can be configured according to screw locations, module geometry, cable routing, and surrounding chassis components. Internal vertical partitions can also provide module separation, positioning, or additional structural support.

Threaded fastening features or other mounting hardware can be integrated at selected locations for direct assembly with the chassis and mating components.

Depending on project requirements, the following features can be customized:

  • Overall length, width, and height
  • Individual mounting-area dimensions
  • Mounting-hole diameter, quantity, and location
  • Square openings, notches, and clearance cutouts
  • Vertical partition dimensions and positions
  • Bend heights and angles
  • Threaded fastening features
  • Material thickness
  • Module and chassis interface dimensions
  • Rivet, screw, or other assembly methods
  • Surface finishing

Homer Hardware can evaluate stamping, punching, laser cutting, bending, local forming, CNC secondary machining, riveting, and assembly based on customer 2D/3D drawings, chassis dimensions, module layouts, or physical samples for customized sheet-metal structures used in AI servers, data center equipment, and other electronic enclosures.
