AI Server Internal Module Metal Mounting Tray Description

This mounting tray features a flat metal structure with formed side flanges that provide fastening interfaces for connection to server chassis, frames, or other internal structural components.

Three large rectangular openings are incorporated into the main mounting surface, together with multiple round mounting holes. The rectangular cutouts can be customized in size and position to provide clearance for components, cables, connectors, or other internal chassis structures, while the round holes can be configured for securing modules, brackets, or related parts.

Multiple mounting holes are also positioned along the formed side flanges, providing additional chassis connection points in different directions and allowing the tray to be adapted to various internal layouts.

Depending on project requirements, the following features can be customized:

  • Overall tray length and width
  • Material thickness
  • Rectangular cutout dimensions, quantity, and location
  • Mounting-hole diameter, quantity, and spacing
  • Side flange height
  • Bend angles
  • Chassis mounting-hole locations
  • Local notches and clearance features
  • Module mounting interfaces
  • Surface finishing and color

Homer Hardware can evaluate stamping, punching, laser cutting, bending, CNC secondary machining, deburring, and surface finishing based on customer 2D/3D drawings, chassis dimensions, module layouts, or physical samples for customized sheet-metal components used in AI servers, data center equipment, and other electronic enclosures.
