Custom CNC Parts for Drones

Homer Hardware provides custom CNC machining for drone components based on customer 2D/3D drawings, samples, dimensions, and assembly requirements. Applications may include airframe components, mounting bases, connectors, brackets, motor mounts, and other custom metal parts for drone systems.

Depending on the product design and application, materials such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, and other specified metals can be evaluated. CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, chamfering, and other precision machining processes can be applied according to the required geometry.

For components requiring reduced weight, limited installation space, or specific module interfaces, hole patterns, thicknesses, profiles, and assembly dimensions can be customized according to project requirements.

Anodizing, plating, powder coating, and other surface-finishing options can also be evaluated, supporting projects from prototypes and low-volume trial production to mass production.
